What are the conditions for returns?

Any items returned must be in the same condition you received them.

Please note that garments must have price tags intact and be in good condition.

Items that you have personalised or altered cannot be exchanged or returned as they are made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

How do I return items I bought online?

You have 30 days from the date your order was dispatched to make exchanges and returns. Our items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the date of dispatch. If these items do not have the original tags, they cannot be exchanged or returned.
